John Hometchko, MA ED

Founder, CEO

John Hometchko operates as the CEO of John Ryan & Associates. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he brings an extremely unique background and skillset to the organization. John holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral analysis from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in human services. John has a resume that ranges from public school settings, residential services, support coordination, working as a master’s level clinician, and as a director of public relations. 

Previously, John was nominated as the chair of Toms River Mayor’s advisory committee on developmental disabilities and served as a member of the office for individuals with disabilities in Ocean County. John is an extremely progressive professional who values individual choice and progressive thinking regarding how services are determined and delivered for each individual.  Promotion of self-advocacy and individualized support is a core belief and the foundation of John Ryan & Associates 

Danielle Dreyer

Partner

Danielle (Dani), is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, Dani studied Law and Policy, with a minor in Political Science. Dani also spent time studying Economic Development while abroad in Equatorial Guinea, Africa. Following college, Dani worked in Federal Law Enforcement before joining John Ryan and Associates in 2023. Dani is responsible for handling the administrative/financial aspects of John Ryan and Associates. In her spare time, Dani enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, and being on the water.

Colleen O’Donnell

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Colleen O’Donnell has been providing ABA services to clients with different abilities for over 15 years. Her career began as a social work intern at Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC) at Rutgers University. That introduction to ABA therapy at DDDC would prove to be the jumpstart of a career path.  Colleen later went on to hold several different positions at the center while obtaining both her Master’s Degree in Social Work and her BCBA from Rutgers University.  Soon after, she ventured out of the intensive clinical setting to find her place in the public sector supporting clients, families, small businesses and community members.  Leaning on her background in social work, Colleen makes it a priority to connect with families, understand household limitations and simplify concepts making it feasible for caregivers to support their adult children. Colleen Is the lead Behaviorist and supervisor at John Ryan & Associates.
